Banke: A heartbreaking incident occurred as two girls tragically drowned in the Sidhaniyaghat River at Duduwa Rural Municipality-4. The victims, Sharad Chaudhari (29) from Kohalpur Municipality-2 and Sarita Chaudhary (25) from Nepalgunj Sub-metropolis-12, Koreanpur, sadly took their last breath while enjoying a swim in the river. The group, consisting of six individuals, had gathered for a picnic near the river banks.
According to the spokesperson of the District Police Office in Banke, DSP Ram Prasad Gharti Magar, the police are currently conducting an investigation into the incident.
