Fatal Terrorist Attack Claims 4 Lives in Pakistan

A suicide bombing at a security checkpoint in northwest Pakistan resulted in the deaths of four persons, three of them were security officers.

Three security officers and one civilian were murdered when a suicide bomber blew himself up at a security checkpoint in Mir Ali, in the North Waziristan area, according to Waziristan Deputy Commissioner Rehan Gul Khatta.

A routine security check was being conducted when a suicide bomber detonated a device he was carrying. In the incident, two additional security personnel suffered critical injuries. No one or anything has taken ownership of the attack.

Six security officers were killed in a fight with militants early on Tuesday in Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region.

In a terrorist attack on a joint venture fuel extraction enterprise of Pakistan and Hungary, four members of the “Frontier Constabulary” and two private security people were murdered.
