Gairigaon Murder: 4 bodies found, one suspect arrested

In a grim discovery, four individuals, including three members of the same family, were found lifeless in Gairigaon, Tinkune, Kathmandu. According to local law enforcement, the bodies of these four individuals were discovered at the Divya Sah Mill in Gairigaon, all having met a violent end, seemingly due to gunshot wounds.
Senior Superintendent of Police Dineshraj Mainali, the spokesperson for the Kathmandu Valley Police Office, revealed that the victims appeared to have suffered injuries inflicted by sharp weapons. The incident is believed to have occurred around midnight.
The victims include two women and two men. Law enforcement personnel promptly arrived at the scene, with trained officers and police dogs deployed to investigate the tragedy.
The identities of the deceased have been confirmed as 55-year-old Kumar Bhujel from Dolakha, his wife Ambika Bhujel, approximately 50 years old, and his mother Sumitra Bhujel. Additionally, 19-year-old Naveen Rai from Morang tragically lost his life in this unfortunate event.
In the course of the investigation, 28-year-old Dipendra Rai, a resident of the same household, was taken into custody. Deepak Thapa, the Chief of the Kathmandu Valley Police Office and Additional Inspector General of Police, confirmed this development.
Currently, teams from the Valley Police Office and the District Police Complex Kathmandu have been mobilized to the scene as they work diligently to uncover the circumstances surrounding this tragic loss of life.
