Cricketer Sandeep Lamichhane’s Case Faces Further Delays in Court

The proceedings in the case involving cricketer Sandeep Lamichhane have yet to reach a conclusion, as Judge Sakuntala Karki, after a day of hearing the plaintiffs’ arguments, has requested additional documents.

Typically, it is customary to withhold judgment in a case until the day following the commencement of arguments. However, in an unusual move, Judge Karki has specifically ordered the submission of both the birth certificate and migration records for Gaushala-26 without scheduling the case for further review.

As a result, the case will be transferred to a different bench for future hearings.
